Refund and Cancellation Policy

Services

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Refunds for services are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Products

Products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Non-Refundable Items
